@ekaitz_zarraga @JordiGH I first tasted non-peeled "jacket potatoes" in England and I loved it! In fact, new potatoes have such a thin skin that it nearly melt in your mouth, it isn't worth to peel it. Anyway, many spaniards are so hard headed that it's nearly a sacrilege for them. ๐

@eider @ekaitz_zarraga @JordiGH That's it. Anyway, I think city people (l don't know where Jordi lives) doesn't distinguish between "new" (thin skin) and "old" potato (rough and heavily earthed skin).
