@xosem@toot.site @carlesjove@mastodont.cat There are some variables you can control (way of running/hiking) and others that don't (orography, and your own physical characteristics). Seconds are absolute, no way to go against them despite your wishes. I mean: if you live in a hilly area, and have to go uphill/downhill all the time, you will only be able to run if you have a lightweighted body; if you are heavy (or maybe have some other physical limitations) hiking will be your choice. Each one has to find his way.
